Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt Kneesocks By Yamato And Good Smile Company’s Spiderman
Hi all, long time no see! Oh boy, have I got a nice figure for you today. It’s Kneesocks from Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt! But first, since the Amazing Spiderman seems to be doing well enough in the theatres Good Smile Company is readying a Spiderman Nendoroid.
Huh? What is this? I didn’t know Spiderman had so many spare tires? And just look at all those ugly articulation spots! Be I really can’t say I didn’t see that one coming. Good Smile Company usually has a very high standard, but when the company keeps churning out figures like crazy one or two are bound the fail. This Spiderman is just…meh.
Oh, it also comes with a graveyard with a glowing lava river inside it. Awesome?
Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt Kneesocks
Off to the figure review we go! I’m in a good mood this week. Why? Beacuse this Kneesocks figure looks really cool, anime or not.
I have to admit, I didn’t watch Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt long enough to have encountered Kneesocks so I’m basing this review on looks and looks alone. Luckily Kneesocks looks great.
She comes with a clear base and stands on one melting leg. The one-leg stand and her overall pose make her seem more like a Djinn than a devil. From the front her horn looks really long. Her back is not as interesting as her front, but it does show the excellent work done on her spine.
Kneesocks’ natural assets as well as the glossy finish on her clothes emphasize her sexiness. The tone used on the skin is superb.
A closer look at her scythe. It kind of looks like those generic weapons you pick in an MMORPG, but the yellow glow does add to the overall feel of the figure. Also, in case you were wondering, Kneesocks bottom parts offer no fan service. A devilish figure indeed.
Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt Kneesocks by Yamato will be released in late October and is available for preordering now.
